New Zuari Bridge Goa Twin Towers:
On 22 December 2023, Nitin Gadkari laid the foundation stone of the Twin Towers to be built on the New Zuari Bridge. Dilip Buildcon will be responsible for producing the iconic video at an estimated cost of Rs 297 crore. The pylons of the New Goa Zuari Bridge have been designed to support the weight of two towers to be installed between two railway lines. Construction is expected to take three years.
There will be a telescope at the top of each tower that will allow people to see the big city. The observation deck has been carefully designed to accommodate up to 500 people at a time and is expected to become a tourist attraction. To enhance the experience, visitors will ascend to the top via a high-speed elevator similar to the one used at the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

Dilip Buildcon will personally finance the construction of the Twin Towers with
little support from the government. The company hopes to operate the towers for
the next 50 years, eventually making its money by paying people who want to
visit the building.
